TDA has made a jump from Ghost Recon and is ready to bang em up in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.  We will be available to compete on SB Gaming within multiple ladders.  TDA originated almost 7 years ago and is ready to go another 7.  It is good to see some TDA players we have not seen in a while and a couple new faces to TDA.  Currently we are looking to put Twinky and Drolon through the paces to see what they can bring to TDA.  Once your in you become part of a special family - Trust me when I say we truly are special.  Grab your guns and don't be last to pull the trigger - see you on the battlefield.

Well here we are in a new year with hopes of a new Ghost Recon looming in the near future. Hanging on to those hopes we still seem to find a way to create more fun with an old game. TDA members are on every night playing around with booms, no booms, half booms, and full booms lately.

Let's not forget our faithfull friends that are on with us almost every night. Thanks to them we keep on going, not to mention it gives us something to talk about in our late night sessions. So guys, let's keep our chin up and continue to have fun and maybe, just maybe, ole' Tom Clancy will speed things up a bit.   Till then, let's kill some good ol' boys.

DC has brought back the ladders for Ghost Recon and TDA is starting off strong.  With TDA pulling off a victory against a very wourthy opponent in the Cartel, TDA proves that after 6 years they are here to stay.  Many members are looking forward to a new Recon to hit the market but until then we will squeeze every bit of gameplay out of the current. 

 TDA has been a gaming family for a long time.  Many teams try to figure out the right recipe for success when keeping a team together and having fun.  When it comes down to it TDA started off as a group of people just looking to shoot around.  Now TDA is a tight knit group of friends looking to knock down the walls of those that come in our way.  Good Luck TDA with all future matches!

After, almost 2 years since the lauch of the Xbox 360 in November of 2005, Microsoft has finally cut the price. The most impressive part of this, is that the 360 has held off on a price drop longer than any other console and still held its leadership position.

As of Wednesday, the Premium will go for $350, the Core for $280 and the Elite has dropped down to $450. There will be a special edition console for $400 coming in September for the release of Halo 3.

So, for all you gamers that have been waiting for this moment, it's finally here. The time couldn't be better than now to make that jump into the Nex Gen.

Congrats to all TDA members!!!!  We have made it to the playoffs once again.  TDA will be participating in the following playoffs on Digital Combat:

This is an excellent opportunity to work our way through the pack and earn ourselves a championship.  We will get together online and discuss some strategy and map calls for all settings we will be playing.  Playoff teams will not be picked this season.  We will be following the TDA Honor system.  Get on, have fun and if your shooting is not on or someone is feeling a bit better do not hesitate to give up a potential seat in a playoff match.

We want to show our best in these matches.  Please work with the newer players to get them up to speed on our strats so if they are needed we can work them in and they have some direction.  The players that are on more often will definetly be looked at first when picking players for each match.

For registered members you will see a new box on the left hand side of the home page labeled Attend_Events.  TDA can use this module to post up matches such as playoffs and regular ladder matches.  Each TDA player can then click on the event they wish to sign up for and register.  Registration is automated and a follow up confimation email is sent.  When clicking into the event you can see the players that are currently registered.

 I am working on some other modules but that is it for now.

Side Note:  Anyone can submit news articles or media to the site.  On the home page when signed in you will see a menu on your left hand side.  This menu allows you to upload media such as pics or videos, create articles to be posted on the front page or submit web links to any type of site that you reccomend.  Once you submit any one of these I or one of the other admins will approve them to be displayed.  We need the assistance of our members to help grow our site.

TDA 2 is making their way through the brackets of the Best Buy GRAW Tournament.  Our TDA2 Squad is one of the final 8 teams remaining from the 400+ that started the tourney.  Takedown is a gamestyle that must be accompanied by teamwork, dedication and excellent communication - something our team has excelled in.  Make us proud.  Congradulations to TDA1 - it was a hard fought road to make it to the final 16 but we pushed on and unfortunately got taken out by a bunch of campers.  It didn't help that we personnally delivered the marshmallows.

 Keep it rollin, right into the final 4 - You guys have a whole team behind you ready to celebrate!!!

Digital Combat's final playoff tourney is underway. It's now down to the final four and TDA is still alive. If TDA wins this tourney, it will be their first championship ever in the 4 years they have been together.
